I just adapted a few sentences from your encouraging chapter.
Let’s start from the title.
ヒキコモリのための自助ガイドブック
Hikikomori shouldn’t be written in Katakana, unless you have any intention to express foreign-guruness to attract some readers.
You can still have this kind of choice, of course, but for now let me rewrite more standard style.
引きこもりのための自助ガイドブック
Or
ひきこもりのための自助ガイドブック
Both will be fine.
Next.
序論
From the content written in your preface, I’d prefer call it 前書き instead. Since 序論 feels more scientific, and too much authoritative.
まえがき
前書き
Kanji style or Hiragana style have different feelings of formality. Hiragana style is more friendly, and less authoritative.
The choice is up to you.
Next.
私の夢は他の人々をインスパイアすることです。
Quite foreign-language-ish style. Not grammatically wrong but feels unnatural.
But I can’t decide what is better. Whatever style you have, there’s always many people love it.
It is up to you.
インスパイア is a vague expression here. Not many Japanese readers could instantly understand the foreign loan word like this one.
I assume that you meant ‘encouraging others and help their mind growth,’ is it correct?
In that case ‘やる気を引き出す’ could replace this and it’s more understandable.
私の夢は他の人々のやる気を引き出すことです。
Though it still feels shorter compared to the sentence’s intention. And we don’t usually realise this kind of meaning of ‘others’ by saying 他の人々.
Maybe we should retain インスパイア, and just add some specificity. As like,
私の夢は、悩める人々をインスパイアし、その人達の心の成長の一助となることです。
Next.
最近、私は自分の人生の旅でヒキコモリと多くの共通点があることに気付きました。
Almost no problem. But I want to make it more specific. And also doing some syntax. Like,
最近、自分の人生の旅の中で、私は自身の中に引きこもりの方々との多くの共通点があることに気づきました。
Next.
したがって、この本の夢はヒキコモリを鼓舞し、彼らが喜びに満ちて簡単に社会に復帰するのを助けることです。
This sentence is logically divided from the last one.
~共通点があることに気づきました。
I’d recommend to remove the first conjunction したがって.
And make it more natural, and more specific.
この本が引きこもりの方々の心の癒しとなり、励ましとなり、再び社会へと戻るための助けとなる。そのことを強く願って、いま私は筆を執ります。

As I thought, ChatGPT completely ruins your good writing, especially when it is a book style one.
We have to relive it back, and it will be time consuming unfortunately.
I need days, or maybe couple of weeks to translate even only this chapter.(is it alright?)
I’ll continue my posting tomorrow.
I’ll do my best so you don’t need to be worried.
——
I write my posts without translators so it slows me down quite a lot.
(And it is no good to explain in Japanese, since the translation part is also Japanese. It kills ChatGPT by confusion.)
If I may skip explaining about my translation, it’ll be much faster. However, you can’t know what is really happening in this way.
